This had been checked by the building inspector previously. R. Bugala moved to grant the special request for a non-conformi.ng dwelling at 23841 Frank St. for Michael W. Malone assuming that the addition when put up meets the set back require- ments for the detached garage, seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. Special permit granted. 10, Tim and Lisa. Becks, sublot 404 Decker Rd. Re(juest for variance (1133.13). Request 3' total side yard variance to con- struct new dwelling. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1161.01. (Permission also required from Board of Building Code Appeals to build on a lot less than 501 -- to be heard on April 24, 1986). No representative present. Request continued. 11, _:.J.
