BUILDING DEPARTMENT REOUESTS: (Heard at this point) 1) Biskind Development C'o., 4970 Great Northe m Ma11 Preliminary parking an' traffic flow, plan for mall expansiori (Building plans approved'by Planning Commission March: 26, 1986);, Withdrawn 1iy deveToper. 2)! Expresso, west of Rad-Air (24260 Lorain Rd'.)' Proposal to construct an addition. (Heard'by Architectural Board of Review April 16, 1986)? No representative was present. B. Gorris. moved to tabTe the Expresso proposal to build a kiosk for a drive-through doughnut and coffee shon because no representative is present, seconded by J. Wixted, and unani- mously approved. 3) Tony's Barbershop, 4877 Dover Center Rd. Pr(jposal to construct an addition. (Heard by Architeetural Board of Review April 16, 1986) Tfie Eolice Department had no ob.jection to provosal. The Architectural Board had approved with the recommendation that the roof be construeted with fire retardant wood; that briek be installed on all three sides of the building; and that a landscaping plan be submitfed to the Planning Commission. Mr. Engoglia, contractor, advised that he did not have a landscape plan, but th at the owner did intend to do some landscaping.. J. Browri moved to approve Tony's Barber Shop proposal to construct an. addition to the present structure at 4877 Dover Center Road, as presented, and incorporating the request of the Architectural Board of Review for the fire retardant wood, ete; and that some upgrading of the land'scaping as was suggested.be presented to the BZD Committee, second'ed bg B. Gorris. After a brief discussion, Mrs. Brown amended the motion to specify that a 7'' landscaped area in the front be presented to the BZD Committee. Motion was approved unanimous ly. 4) Rad Air Systems Corporation, 24260 Lorain Road. Exter-YOr alteration of existing building. (Heard by Architectural Board of Review Auril 16, 1986). No representative was present. B. Gorris moved to 'table the Rad Air Systems Cornoration exterior alteration of existing building until the developer is present, seconded by E. Traczyk, and unanimously approved. 5) Fretters, Inc., south west corner of Sparky Lane and Brookpark Ext. ' Proposal to construct retail store.
