Mre James Burns, North Olmsted Planning Commission -- Page Tao
Hok-ever, our church congregation, like individual citizens, does not have
the expertise or funds to finance a"professional_ campaign" which Hennie Homes
has.been underwriting. We are unable to match the legal expertise, the presence
of an architect, or the counsel of a professional engineer -- all of whom I would
suppose work in this field on a daily basis. We are normal citizens who are
concerned, and to the best of our very limited ability, have raised key questions.
To this point, the Hennie Homes team has been successful in answering these
questions -- except for the. variance which.Was. granted -provisionally. Iam sure
that every effort will be made to respond to every legal question-mark.
Our church stands as a group of people whoo under God, are dedicated to the
happiness and well-being of our coumiunity. We consider "community welfare" to
be one of the goals we share,_as we attempt to "love our neighbor." Z'herefore,
at this moment we may represent the individuals who find themselves ovexwhelmed
by the professional expertise of coamercial companies. We are as weak as they ...
as concerned for our welfare and the welfare of the conmmunity, as they are.
Z'herefore,-I can only ask that the Planning Commission keep ih mind that they,
too, are stewards of "community well-being"! •
. 2'hank you, and may you be strengthened with wisdom for all the decisions you
must makCi
pery truly yours,
?
. " -. (Rev. ) L. Gordon Blasius
?
r`?:'.
