C. <br />Remmel moved to grant the 208 sq. ft. variance with an 8' height limit, <br />and location'as 'shown on the plan (200' from front lot line) and the door <br />limited to 7' height on the north side of the building, and also a 78 sq. <br />ft. variance for total garage area with the understanding that all three <br />outbuildings be demolished, seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted. <br />7. John and Judith 0'Malley, 25003 Doe Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 5' variance.for distance between <br />patio enclosure and garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04-C. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. 0'Malley. Board could see no problem with this <br />request. E. Graves moved to grant the variance, seconded by C. Remmel, <br />and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />8. J. S. Calucchia, 4191 Columbia Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 20 sq. ft. variance, 4' height <br />variance, and location variance for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1151.04-D. <br />Chairman Remnel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Callucchia and neighbors Mr. and Mrs. Lancer, who <br />are in favor of the proposal. Existing garage will be demolished. Board <br />has no problem with the location; height and size is not acceptable. Chair- <br />man Remmel sees no unusual circumstance. Mr. Calucchia stated that after <br />garage is gone he will have no other place to store anything. He requested <br />at least a 6" height variance. C. Remmel moved to grant the location vari- <br />ance as requested for the tool shed to be installed no closer than 65' <br />from tfie rear of the house, seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. <br />E. Graves moved to grant Mr. Callucchia's request for a 20 sq. ft. variance, <br />seconded by R. Gomersall. Roll call on motion: Graves, Gomersall, and <br />Remmel, Nay. Motion failed to pass..Variartce denied. Board discussed height. <br />He wants a 2 ft. by 6' treated_lumber foundation and would like a 6" vari- <br />ance. He was advised that he could dig down six inches for his foundation. <br />E. Graves moved to grant the 4' height variance, seconded by C. Remmel. Roll <br />call on motion: Graves,?Remmel, and Gomersall, Nay. Motion failed to pass.. <br />Variance denied. <br />9. Mrs. W. M. Reindel, 4810 Porter Rd. <br />Request for special permit to add to non-conforming dwelling (front set <br />back). Special permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. and Mrs. Reindel. Existing garage in front set <br />back will be removed and addition will be built in the front. R. Gomersall <br />moved to grant_the special permit to add to a non-conforming dwelling (front <br />set back) with the condition that the present garage is removed, seconded <br />by E.
