She now works at Misty?Glen Kennels, and suggested
that the Board could check her references with them. She will live in the
house and will alter the three car garage for the kennel. A five foot fence
will be installed from the rear of the house; all cages will be inside
which will be sound proof.ed (front of garage will be altered). Graves, and unanimously approved. Variance granted.
6. Leonard J. Fink, 28300 Nandina Drive.
Request for variance (1133.13). Request 1 foot variance for fence (already
installed). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04-H.
Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath
was administered to Mrs. Fink who stated that Mr. Fink constructed the
fence without a permit since he felt that if the city could allow the Flagner
house to remain in its present condition of disrepair, there should not be
any need to get a permit to erect a fence in their own back yard. TheY
were not aware that a 6' fence was not legal. The Flagner house.is only 6'
off their property line,, debris from their construction is being dumped on
the Fink's property, and they want to obscure this property which has been
under construction for several years from their back.yard. Work is.being
done to the property now, but since house is vacant, children hang out there
and police have been c?ha? ??n many haveLappeardcbeforerCouncileon
the Board to consider
