The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Miller who advised that he had reduced the size <br />of the addition to 8' by 12' as recommended by the Board last month. R. <br />? Bugala moved to provide the requested revised 8' variance for the distance <br />between the house and garage, and also-to provide the special permit to <br />add to a non-conforming dwelling for Dennis Miller at 23477 Clifford Dr., <br />seconded by J. Helon, and unanimously approved. Variance and special <br />permit granted. <br />3. Colman A. Gulden, 24122 Ambour Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 4'8" variance for distance between <br />addition and garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04-C. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Gulden and his contractor, J. Dodd. Mr. Gomersall <br />pointed out that the garage is at an angle and it would be almost impos- <br />sible to get a car into the garage. Addition cannot be put on the other <br />side. It was suggested that addition be reduced to leave more room. <br />Addition does not come out further than the adjoining house. Mr. Gulden <br />decided to withdraw his request until the next meeting. (The appellants <br />approached the Board at the end of the meeting. Please note revision). <br />4. William W.
