New plans will have to reflect parking changes and <br />additional customer parking. City Engineer Schaller advised that there <br />are two parcels of land involved and an assembly plat must be submitted. <br />T. Morgan moved to forward the Crestmont Chrysler-Plymouth proposal to <br />the Architectural Board of Review as discussed previously, and to the <br />Safety Department and to the Enginer Department for their review of <br />drainage and retention; and also taking into account that an assembly <br />plat must be approved prior to building permits being issued, seconded <br />by J.-Burns, and unanimously approved. <br />R. Bates, 30514 Lorain Rd: <br />Change of occupancy from service <br />review of site plan. <br />station to car rental service and <br />Building Com.-iissioner Gundy advised that this former gas station is now <br />going to be chariged to a car rental agency.with a car renovation service <br />(interibr and exterior cleaning and painting). No major alterations are <br />planned; building has been painted; and gas tanks have been removed. <br />Parking and signage conforms. Mr. Bates is planning to park rental cars <br />in front set back area. He agreed to store cars in side or <br />rear lots. No 7' planting strip is required since this is an existing <br />parking lot and there is no major-alteration to building. Existing small <br />landscane area will--be refurbished. J.. Traczyk, and unanimously approved. <br />Fairview/North Olmsted.Medical Office, 24700 Lorain Rd. <br />ChanRe ground signs(added to agenda). <br />(Approved-by Planning Commission-January -10. 1984)(variance granted by <br />Board of Zoning Appeals March 7, 1984). <br />Building Commissioner Gundy advised that new signs will be larger(8' by <br />2.5') with new copya name has-been changed to Fairview West.-Physicians <br />Center and will appear on top portion with lower portion reserved to <br />identify other public?service offices-in the-center: Color and lettering <br />will remain the same. Variance-had-been-granted for_second ground sign. <br />Signs conform to area requirements for ground sign.. Commission agrees <br />that new signs are acceptablea <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1) Van Uum Re-subdivision, located on the south side of Mastic Road between <br />Park I,ane and Shephard Hill; includes parcels 237-25-7,9, 21, and 22, <br />which were authorized-and/or realigned..by Ordinance Nos. 77-196 and 79-104.
