Morgan moved to forward the Crestmont Chrysler-Plymouth proposal to the Architectural Board of Review as discussed previously, and to the Safety Department and to the Enginer Department for their review of drainage and retention; and also taking into account that an assembly plat must be approved prior to building permits being issued, seconded by J.-Burns, and unanimously approved.
