The <br />oath was administered to Mr. White who explained that he built the <br />fence himself and did not know he needed a variance. Mr. Remmel <br />believed that the fence could be lowered with very few problems. C. <br />Remmel moved to grant the variance, seconded by T. Restifo. Roll <br />call on motion: Remmel, Bugala, and Graves, Nay. Restifo and Horvath, <br />Aye. Motion failed to pass. Variance denied. <br />10. D. & C. Vio- <br />lation ofOrd. 62-33, Section 1151.04H. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Mrs. Green. Members agreed that a 5' fence <br />would offer privacy,•and this fence would be seent from street. E. <br />Graves moved to grant the variance, seconded by R. Bugala. Roll call <br />on motion: Graves, Bugala, Horvath, Restifo, and Remmel, Nay. Motion <br />failed to pass. Variance denied. <br />11. Steve Metro, 23168 Alexander <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 220 sq. ft. variance for <br />detached storage garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04C. <br />(Note: no access for motor vehicles planned.) <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered to Mr. Metro and neighbors, T. Thompson and <br />Mr. Konopka. Mr. Metro explained that the garage will be placed to <br />the rear of the lot to aviod cutting down his trees. This is for <br />the storage of motorcycles and lawn equipment; there will be no drive- <br />way. Garage will match decor of the house. Board is concerned this <br />could become a commercial garage. It was suggested that the door <br />be limited to 8' by 7' (or a single garage door). Mr. Metro agreed. <br />Neighbors voiced no objections. C. Remnel moved to grant the variance <br />as requested with the condition that there is only one 8'by 7' door <br />facing the cement slab, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously <br />approved.
