Appellants <br />do not believe that Lawson's will be agreeable. Mr. Graves stated <br />that the ordinance was written to eliminate excess signage on Lorain <br />Road. Mr. Newell stated that their total signage will conform to <br />the ordinance and they will, if necessary, reduce the size of the <br />wall sign. No lease has been signed for the building pending approval <br />of special permit. E. Graves moved to grant the special permit,seconded <br />by T. Restifo.
