BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />OCTOBER 6, 1982 PAGE 4. <br />shed. Violation of Ord. 62=33, Section 1151.04 D. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />It was pointed out that to conform, the shed would have tq be placed <br />j? 540' from the house. His neighbor stated he had no objection as <br />long as the shed was built to code. R. Bugala moved to grant the <br />variance, seconded by T. Restifo, and unanimously approved. Variance <br />granted. <br />10. J. W. Leaty, 4000 Fielding Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance for location of and <br />6" lt:z?ight variance for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section <br />1151.04D <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. Mr. Leaty produced a letter from the neighbor <br />to the rear stating that he.had no objection to the shed. The shed <br />was started becuase Mr. Leaty did not know.he needed a building per- <br />mit. The request was amended because there is no location variance <br />necessary. R. Bugala moved to approve the height variance, seconded <br />by T. Restifo, and unanimously approved. Variance granted <br />11. Robert J. Murphy, 4292 Brendan Lane <br />? Request for variance (1133.13). Request 10' rear yard variance for <br />patio enclosure. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. Mr. <br />Remmel stated that there was no rear neighbor because the property <br />back up to a school yard. L. Horvath moved to grant the variance, <br />seconded by E. Graves, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />12. Jerry Johnsen, 3399 Hunter Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance for location of <br />tool shed (3' from each property line). Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1151.04D. I <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. The size of the shed conforms. Mr. Finlan, <br />the adjacent neighbor, stated that his objections were the same as <br />had been stated previously (9/22/82). He also wants it to be clari- <br />fied that the existing shed must be removed. He also stated that <br />since this shed is smaller, it would not project out any further <br />than the first proposal if it is placed 5' away from the lines. He <br />is concerned about a fire hazard, since there is a wood pile adja- <br />cent to the shed. C. Remmel moved to grant the 3' location variance <br />from both side lines based on the removal of the existing shed, <br />seconded by L. Horvath. Roll call on motion: Remmel and Horvath, <br />Aye. Bugala, Graves, and Restifo, Nay. Request denied. <br />13o National City Bank, 26440 Lorain Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request front set back variance. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1174.02. Also request Special Permit <br />to add to non-conforming building. Special permission require Ord. <br />62-33, Section 1231.02.
