<br />BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS JULY 7, 1982 PAGE 2 <br />administered. Adjacent neighbor Mr. Euller questioned which <br />side af the fence would face his property. He has no objection <br />to the fence, but he prefers the finished side to face his pro- <br />perty. Mr. Euller stated that it woiild then conform to adjacent <br />fences on the rear lines. C. Remmel moved to grant both variances <br />with the condition that the construction side of the fence will face <br />the property owners requesting it, seconded by L. Horvath, and <br />unanimously approved. Variances granted. <br />4? Walter C. Blackham, 25234 Fawn Dr. <br />t/ Request for variance (1133.13). Request S' rear yard variance for <br />family room and porch addition. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section <br />1163.01. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. It was pointed out that there was a 10' x 11' <br />tool shed on the property which has no pex-mit and is over size. Mr. <br />Blackham will apply for the permit and the variance for the shed. <br />The Board decided to hear this request since there will be no meet- <br />ing until September. It was pointed out that the house to the rear <br />was at least 150' away from his house. L. Horvath moved to grant <br />the rear yard variance, seconded by W. Wasniak, and unanimously ap- <br />proved. Variance granted. <br />5. John A. lloran, 4168 Ashton Circle <br />,? Request for variance (1133.13). Request 1' variance for fence. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04H. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the $oard. <br />The oath was administered. This is for a board.on board fence <br />to protect his children and to screen the ditch. Mr. Remmel stated <br />that a chain link fence would be more appropriate than a board on <br />board fence. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance, seconded by W. <br />Wasniak, Roll call on motion: Remmel, Wasniak, Graves, and Horvath, <br />Nay. Motion failed to pass. Variance denied. <br />6. Fred and Ruth Anselm, 28565 Alden Dr. <br />? Request for variance (1133.13). Request 11'4" rear yard variance <br />for patio enclosure. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. <br />Chairman Remme•1 called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. It was pointed out that the house to <br />the rear did not have a large back yard. This will be a glass en- <br />closure. E. Graves moved to grant the variance, seconded by L. <br />Horvath.
