BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS JULY 7, 1982 PAGE 2 administered. Adjacent neighbor Mr. Euller questioned which side af the fence would face his property. He has no objection to the fence, but he prefers the finished side to face his pro- perty. Mr. Euller stated that it woiild then conform to adjacent fences on the rear lines. C. Remmel moved to grant both variances with the condition that the construction side of the fence will face the property owners requesting it, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. Variances granted. 4? Walter C. Blackham, 25234 Fawn Dr. t/ Request for variance (1133.13). Request S' rear yard variance for family room and porch addition. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered. It was pointed out that there was a 10' x 11' tool shed on the property which has no pex-mit and is over size. Mr. Blackham will apply for the permit and the variance for the shed. The Board decided to hear this request since there will be no meet- ing until September. It was pointed out that the house to the rear was at least 150' away from his house. L. Horvath moved to grant the rear yard variance, seconded by W. Wasniak, and unanimously ap- proved. Variance granted. 5. John A. lloran, 4168 Ashton Circle ,? Request for variance (1133.13). Request 1' variance for fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04H. Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the $oard. The oath was administered. This is for a board.on board fence to protect his children and to screen the ditch. Mr. Remmel stated that a chain link fence would be more appropriate than a board on board fence. C. Remmel moved to grant the variance, seconded by W. Wasniak, Roll call on motion: Remmel, Wasniak, Graves, and Horvath, Nay. Motion failed to pass. Variance denied. 6. Fred and Ruth Anselm, 28565 Alden Dr. ? Request for variance (1133.13). Request 11'4" rear yard variance for patio enclosure. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. Chairman Remme•1 called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered. It was pointed out that the house to the rear did not have a large back yard. This will be a glass en- closure. E. Graves moved to grant the variance, seconded by L. Horvath. Roll ca11 on motion: Graves, Horvath, and Remmel, Aye. Wasniak, Nay. Variance granted. 7.
