BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS APRIL 7, 1982 PAGE 3
3. Danny L. and Renee L. McBride, 4990 Columbia Rd.
Request for variance (1133.13). Request 1' variance for fence.
Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04H.
Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board.
The oath was administered. It was pointed out that the condo-
minium could have put up a 6' fence on the rear property line
without a variance. The Board did not feel that the 6' fence
would be necessary along-the side abutting the G.r_e:at Northern'
vacant property which abutts Brookpark Rd. E. Graves moved to
grant the variance subject to the restriction that from the rear
of the garage to the rear lot line the fence is only to be 5'
high as permitted by code, and the rest of the fence as des-
cribed on the plot plan will be 6' high, seconded by E. Graves,
and unanimously approved. Variance granted.
7. Ben K. Wright, 6021 Barton Rd. It was explained that the adjacent
house is only 2' away from the property line, and a variance
is needed to place the home which is to be moved on to the lot.
The Board was in agreement that this will be an improvement to the
neighborhood. L. Horvath moved to grant the, variance, seconded by
E. Graves, and unanimously approved. -
?
5. Joseph E. Crimaldi (Ben Schraegle), 4358 Dogwood Trail
Request for variance (1133.13). Request 20 sq. ft. variance, 2'
height variance, and location.variance for tool shed.
