Ebin, and <br />unanimously approved. R. Parry moved to table the pole sign <br />until the next meeting since there is no submittal of what <br />the sign would look like, seconded by S. Ebin, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />(e) Gastown, Inc., 26516 Lorain Rd. (City Sign, Inc.) <br />Pole Sign <br />Heard with building plans. <br />(f) Sparks Tune Up, 27045 Lorain Rd. (W. Durica, Jr.) <br />Wall and Pole Sign <br />Heard with building plans. <br />(g) Added to Agenda <br />J. and J. Auto Repair, 23833 Lorain Rd. (Buddy Simon Signs) <br />Ground sign. <br />The Board was advised that the Building Commissioner has not <br />had an opportunity to review this sign. Mr. Parry objected <br />to the telephone number on sign. S. Ebin moved to approve <br />the sign as presented with the provision that the designer <br />take the discussion of the telephone number virsus street <br />address number to the owner as a suggestion.that he might <br />want to change the telephone number to a street address <br />number; secondly under the condition that it conforms to the <br />ordinances after it is reviewed by the Building Department, <br />also sign is shown to be 4' from right-of-way will be moved <br />to 7' to conform to Ordinance, seconded by M. Case. Roll <br />call on motion: Ebin and Case, Aye. Parry, Nay. <br />(h) Leisure Ski, 4720 Great Northern Blvd. (Buddy Simon Sign Co.) <br />Wall Sign. <br />The Board was advised that the Building Commissioner has not <br />had an apportunity to review this sign. It was explained <br />that this is a non-illuminated sign, with a slightly raised <br />sign face to give a 3-D effect, the back ground is aluminium <br />with cut out figures of treated wood. S. Ebin moved to <br />approve the sign as presented with the condition that it <br />meets the signage requirements of the Building Department, <br />seconded by R. Parry, and unanimously approved. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />(a) Held in Committee from April 19, 1982 <br />J. Friedrich Construction Co., Mastick Rd. (south side of <br />Brookpark Rd. abutting Fairview Park city line). <br />Proposal to constxuct apartment buildings.
