Remmel <br />moved to grant the Special Permit and the variance as requested, <br />seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. <br />7. Wayne P. Jasinski, 24289 Fairlawn Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13)• Request 4' rear yard variance <br />for addition. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. It was explained that the plans show <br />the property line ending at the fence, however the fence is set <br />in one foot so that the 4' variance is correct. L. Horvath <br />moved to grant the variance, seconded by W. Wasniak, and unani- <br />mously approved. Variance granted. <br />8. Robert G. Smetana, 4956 Lansing Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request Special Permit to add <br />to non-conforming dwelling. Special permission required Ord. <br />62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. C. Remmel moved to grant the Special <br />Permit, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. <br />9. Mr. & Mrs. Steve Schmitz, 4883 Grace Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 1' variance for fence. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04-C. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. It was explained to a neighbor that <br />the six foot fence is requested along the property line where it <br />abutts the Brookpark Road right-of-way and and for 8' along the <br />rear line. L. Horvath moved to grant the variance, seconded by <br />W. Wasniak, and unanimously approved. At this point it was <br />determined that the variance required in the front set back should <br />be 3' 6" (30" maximum) and the variai?ce from the rear building <br />line back-would be a 1' variance. D. Ledvina moved to reconsider <br />the request, seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously approved. <br />D. Ledvina moved to amend the request for a 3'6" variance in <br />Brookpark Road set back area and a 1' variance from the rear <br />building line back, seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously ap- <br />proved. D. Ledvina moved to grant the variance, seconded by L. <br />Horvath, and unanimously approved. Variances granted.
