Morgan moved that the <br />North Olmsted Party Center Addition be referred to the Architec- <br />tural Board of Review, and that the Building Department at the <br />same time review the parking requirements for said building un,?. <br />der the new code for the City of North Olmsted, seconded by J. <br />Prokasy. Roll call on motion: Morgan, Prokasy, Burns, Roberts, <br />Brown, and Gorris, Aye. Perla, Nay. Motion passed. <br />(2) Christ The King Community, located on the west side of Barton <br />Road between I-480 and the North Olmsted south corporate line, <br />and includes extension to Cook Rd. Concept Plans (for referral <br />to the Architectural Board of Review). In Committee. <br />Mr. Gundy explained that the concept plans could be referred to <br />the Architectural Board of Review in anticipation that the pro- <br />posal is going to come under a use that is authorized and proper <br />at the time that they submit their final plans. It was decided <br />to defer hearing Christ The King proposal until later in the <br />meeting under Section I, NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />TV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />(1) Kennedy Acres Subdivision, Revised Plan. Located south of the <br />intersection of Whitethorn Ave. and Kennedy Ridge Road; Twenty <br />fo'ur (24) sublots proposed from existing parcels 235-4-1, 235-4- <br />18, and 235-4-21. <br />J. Brown moved to take the Kennedy Acres Subdivision out of <br />committee, seconded by J. Roberts and unanimously approved. <br />Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott introduced the re.vised plans <br />of Kennedy Acres which includes all the suggestions of the Plan- <br />ning Commission of November 24, 1981 except the submission of <br />the deed to the strip of land owned by the Bauer Development Co. <br />which is between the Mathias property and the Weaver property. <br />Mr. Saylor, Engineer for the Developer,stated that the deed <br />was being drawn up and would be submitted to the City prior to <br />approval of the subdivision. He did submit a description of <br />the property to the Commission. Mr. Mathias again protested <br />that there was no strip of land between his property and the <br />Weaver property and that the property lines in this plat were <br />not correct. He intends to take legal action against the Bauer <br />Development Co. Mrs. Bauer gave Mr. Weaver a copy of the sub- <br />division plat. J. Prokasy moved to approve the Kennedy Acres <br />Subdivision Plans as revised December 4, 1981 in conformity with <br />the motion of November 24, 1981 Planning Commission with the <br />condition that the deed on the parcel in question, the approx- <br />imate 3' strip between the Mathias and Weaver properties, be <br />deposited with the City before approval; and that a deed of <br />easement giving permanent easement for ingress and egress to
