DeVoto moved to grant a 22' variance <br />for the pump islands, a 30' variance for the canopy, with the condition <br />that_the pole sign be conforming and that_all other signage be in <br />conformitg--with'_the-Ordinance,:.seconded by C. Remmel, and_unanimously <br />approved. Set back-;variances granted. <br />6. Ohio Savings (Brooks Electric Signs), 4570 Great Northern <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance to replace faces <br />on existing non-conforming (location) pole and ground signs. It was explained that the variances were nec- <br />essary due to location as specified under the new sign ordinance. <br />This will be for the same company since Shaker Savings has now merged <br />with Ohio Savings. The entire area is in concrete and in order to <br />move the sign, the concrete would have to be torn up and patched. <br />E. DeVoto moved to grant the variance, seconded by C.
