Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04 (C). <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. It was pointed out that the present <br />garage is now on the property line and that the attached shed <br />will aisa be r:emoved. L. Horvath moved to grant the variance, <br />seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />?4. Joseph & Ivonne Perez, 6678 Wedgewood Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance for location of <br />fence on corner lot (beyond building line and not 90% open). 6' <br />fence required for pool. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. William Blair of Cascade pools repre- <br />sented the owners and explained that the request is amended for <br />a fence 4' from sidewalk, not 6' as indicated on drawing. Even <br />though the side street is a very short cul-de-sac it could possihiy <br />be a traffic hazzard and the adjacent neighbor is afraid it will <br />block the vision from his driveway. E. DeVoto moved to deny the <br />? request, seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously approved. Request <br />% denied. <br />J5. Jamestown Village Apartments, Phase VII, Columbia and Brookpark Rds. <br />Request for variance. Request 30' varaince to construct garages 10' <br />from right-of-way. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. Mr. Ruzsa, Architect, explained that <br />the Architectural Board of Review had suggested this variance <br />when the original plans-which conformed to the Ordinance were <br />reviewed by them. The revised plan will provide better security <br />for the apartments and will present a facade of brick along Brook- <br />park-instead of a row of garage•doors.The Board agreed the revised <br />plan was an improvement. C. Remmel moved that in view of the <br />Architectural Board of Review`s recommendation that the variance <br />be granted, seconded by L. Horvath, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted. <br />6.` Martin Kremer, 24935 Maple Ridge. <br />? Request for variance (1133.13). Request 2' variance for distance <br />between house and garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04 C. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. It was pointed out that the drawing <br />submitted was incorrect in that the garage is actually to be on <br />the east side of the parcel but the measurements are correct. <br />L. Horvath moved-to grant the variance, seconded by E. DeVoto, <br />and unanimously approved. Variance granted.
