Outdoor- Lighting: The original plan was accepted by <br />the Architectural Board of. Review - Sodium light, 2'poles <br />with four lights per pole. <br />7. Bike Racks:':. Will be provided as required by the Archi- <br />tectural Board of Review. 8. ; Geotechnical Investigation and protection (Retaining <br />•Wall) :"Has been anticipated, on the down slope into the <br />skating rink proper.?and along the back of the property <br />" , but not along the side. (This is the Engineering Depart-. <br />ments's responsibility and they will have to approve any <br />such plans.) .9.. Large Fire Vehicles may not.be able to use the Lorain <br />Road entrance: By eliminating.some parking'spaces this pro- <br />blem could be alleviated. (This plan must be resubmitted <br />to Safety Director). _ <br />10. Mill Road Pavement is narrow _(18 feet) in a 40 foot right- <br />of way: The Developer would give 10' for right-of-way on <br />the south side of Mill from their frontage. Assistant City <br />Engineer D.. Dr. <br />- Bernstein: advised that the building was soimd proof and <br />" that the securitypersonnel inside would patrol the parking
