The <br />oath was administered. Chairman Ledvina also noted th at there is a 72 <br />foot total sideyard variance necessary. The plans were studied an d dis- <br />cussed. The existing garage is to be removed. C. Remmel moved to grant <br />the special permit, and the variances with the condition that the existing <br />garage be removed within 30 days of completion of the addition, seconded <br />by E. DeVoto, and unanimously approved. Request granted. <br />12. Jack Boss, 5495 Barton Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />special permit to add to non-conforming building. Special permit required <br />by Ord. 62-33, section 1231.02: Also, request 39 sq ft. variance <br />for proposed garage (750 sq. ft. required). Existing garage will be <br />demolished. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04 Sub Par. "C". <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath w as administered. The plans were studied and discussed. Mr. Boss <br />assured the-Board. and his neighbor that this property was to be used for <br />residential purposes only. There was no objection from the neighbor and <br />he felt that removing the garage w as to his advantage. E. DeVoto moved <br />to grant the special permit and the variance. with the provision that <br />the garage be removed within 30 days after completion of the addition. <br />Special permit and request granted. <br />13. Coniglio, 23786 Lorain Rd. - Request for variance (1133.13). <br />Request for special permit for renovation and addition of mansard roof <br />to existing non-conforming commercial building. Special permit required <br />by Ord. 62-33, Section 1231,02. <br />Ch airman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was adminis.tered. The plans were studied and discussed. Mr. Coniglio <br />was advised that these plans would have to go to Council since it was <br />commercial property. L. Horvath moved to approve the special permit, <br />seconded by E. DeVoto, and unanimously approved. S.pecial permit granted.
