Christner, 3133 Clague Rd. - Request for variance (1133.13). <br />Request 6' sideyard variance on corner lot fcr garage, violation of Ord. <br />62-33, Section 1159.02. Also request 1'4" variance for distance between <br />house and garage, violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. This case was prev,io.usly heard on October 5, 1977. <br />This is a reduced variance and the garage is now conforming to the <br />b uilding line. The b uilder feels that now they may be able to reduce the <br />encroachment even further. C. Remmel moved to grant the Variance, <br />seconded by Mr. Horvath, and unanimously approved. Codespoti, 5004 Hampton Dr. - Request for variance (1133.13). <br />P.equest 2'6" height variance for tool sfied, violation of Ord. 75-117. <br />(4' 10" height variance denied at Board of Zoning Appeals meeting of <br />6/13/79). <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested p arties before the Board.. The <br />oath was administered. Mr. Codespoti advised that he moved his large <br />evergreen trees to provide additional screening for shed, and he also put <br />up the wood frame so that the Board could judge the visability of the <br />shed. The location an d visability was discussed at length. Mr. DeVoto <br />moved to grant the variance as requested, seconded.by Mr. Horvath. Roll <br />call on motion: Messrs. Frank LaValle, 25984 Lorain Rd. - Request for variance 1133.13). <br />Request 22 sqe ft. variance for 4 x 6° trailer sign beneath existing <br />pole sign, violation of Ord. 62-33, section 1225.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. There <br />was no rep resentative p resent. The trailer sign was studied an d discussed. <br />Mr. DeVoto moved to reject the sign, seconded by Mr. Remmel, and <br />unanimously x-e.?o Request denied. <br />Ch airman Ledvina then stated that the Board of Zoning Appeals is still <br />not receiving copies of proposed Zoning Ordinances. Because of that <br />this Board strongly request that Clerk of Council sub mit copies of <br />proposed Zoning Ordinances to members of this Board as they have promised <br />to do, so that we can be aware of what is being proposed before it is <br />submitted to other Boards or Public Hearings, etc. Please, this is our <br />third request. <br />Chairman Ledvina explained that since sign space is allocated to a total <br />building, there has been much difficulty in multi-unit developments, in as <br />much as the first few tennants in the building use up all the permitted <br />sign space, and there is none left for the remaining units, thereby
