Law Director M. Gareau advised that if Northern is <br />vacated then the abutting properties would be given half of the right of <br />w,asy. Fairfield mcved that both cases be continued for <br />one month to allow Law Director Gareau to work earnestly with the other <br />governmental committees to decide whether they want to keep Northern Avenue <br />or to vacate it, seconded by L.
