Mr. Remmel stated that he felt they could get a build- <br />able plan within the square footage of this property.. Mr. Remmel. moved <br />to reject the variance, seconded by Mr. DeVoto. Roll call on motion: <br />Messrs. Remmel, DeVoto, Ledvina, and Fairfield, yea, Mr. Horvath, nay. <br />Variance denied. <br />10. Robert I. Bretz, 27336 Butternut Ridge - Request for variance (1133.13). <br />Request special permit to add to non-conforming building. Special per- <br />mission required by Ord. 62-33, section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered. Motion made by Mr. DeVoto to grant the special permit, <br />seconded by Mr. Fairfield, and imanimously approved. Request granted. <br />11. Philip B. Golden, 24416 Noreen Dro - Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />7' 4" rear yard variance. Violation of Orde 62-33, section 1163.01. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before tYee Board. The oath <br />was administereda Mr. Fairfield moved to grant the variance, seconded by <br />Mr. Horvath, and unanimously approved. Request granted. <br />12. Dennis Chriloski, 24214 Vincent.- Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />special permit to add to non-conforming dwelling. Special permit required <br />by Ord. 62-33, section 1231.02. Request for variance (1133.13).. Request <br />14` rear yard variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33, section 1163.01. Also, <br />request lOT variance distance between house and garage. Violation of Ord. <br />62-33, section 1151.04. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the-Board. The <br />oath was administered. The neighbors viewed the plans: The plans were <br />studied and discussed. There were no objections from the neighboring property <br />owners. Mr. DeVoto moved to grant the variances, seconded by Mr. Remmel. <br />Roll call on motion: Messrs. DeVoto, Remmel, Fairfield, and Horvath, aye. <br />Mr. Ledvina, nay. . Variance granted. <br />Sebastian Codespoti, 5004 Hampton Dro - Request for variance (1133.13). <br />Request 92 sq, ft. variance for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 75-117. <br />Also; request 4' lOt height variance. Violation of Ord. 75-117. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all iiiterested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered. Mr. Codespoti explained that the shed would be in the <br />woods and would be sheltered by evergreens that would eventually be 30 to <br />40 feet heigh. Mr. Remmel made a motion to grant the 92 sq. fte variance, <br />seconded by Mr. Horvatli. Roll.call on motion: Messrs. Remmel, Horvath, and <br />DeVoto, yea, Mr. Ledvina¢ ?'i``?Ir: ?;beVoto made a motion to grant the 4' 11" <br />height variance, seconded by Mr. Horvath. Roll call on motion Messrs. DeVoto <br />and Horvath, yea, Messrs. Ledvina, Fairfield, and Remmel, nay. Motion failed <br />to pass. 92 sq: ft. variance granted. 4` 11" height variance denied. <br />14. Kenneth Karim, 24205 Maria Lane. - Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />2' 4" side yard variance, violation of Ord. 62-33, section 1161.01. <br />Chairman Ledvina requested all interested parties to step before the Board.
