Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04, Accessory Uses. <br />Chairman Ledvina call all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. It was pointed out that the property was not <br />on Martin Dr. but on Stearns Rd. Chairman Ledvina advised that since <br />the house had been torn down the garage could not be considered an <br />accessory building. The potential buyer, who is not available at this <br />time, wants to build a home at a later date but-will repair and <br />mauntain the garage in the meantime. Since the buyer uas not there and <br />there were no specific facts pertaining to the proposed house and no <br />site plan was -available, it was decided to continue the case until <br />next month. Chairman Ledvina moved that Mr. Lavati bring the potential <br />purchaser with him to the next meeting, have him show what type of <br />dwelling that he intends to put on the parcel, ,.explain how he is going <br />to tie in the existing garage to his proposed house, and bring in a <br />site drawing showing the specific location of the garage on the parcel, <br />seconded by Mr'. Fairfield, and unanimously approved. The city will not <br />proceed on the condemnation order imtil the Board resolves this matter. <br />Case continued. <br />8. Thomas M. Sather, 24014 Frank Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />3'4" variance for distance between.proposed addition and existing <br />garage. Violation of Ord. 62-33, section 1151.04. Also, request for <br />variance (1133.13). Request for special permit to add to non-conforming <br />dwelling (36° front set back). <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. Mr. Anthony Lutz, the contractor represented <br />Mrs Sather. Mr. Horvath moved to approve the 3' 4" variance and to <br />grant the special permit, seconded by Mr. Remmel, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted. <br />9. Chuck Carder, 6039 Bellevue Dr. Request for variance (1133.13)a Request <br />lt variance for fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151a04. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all inteiested parties to step before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. Chairman Ledvina noted that there was a <br />5` chain link fence on either side of the property and he is extending <br />it across the back. C. Remmel moved to grant the Vairiance for a <br />fence along the rear property line, seconded by Mr. Fairfield, and <br />vnanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />10. The Islamic Center of Cleveland, 3040 Clague Rd. Request of the Islamic <br />,-? Center of Cleveland for special permission to build a church in a <br />residential area. Special permission required by Ord, 62-33, Section 1151.01 (E).
