Mre Roberts moved to refer the Anthony Dindia proposal to the Architectural Board of Review and to the Engineering Department, and for Engineering to pay particular attention to the location of the entrance on to West 231 St., and to the location of the National City Bank Teller Island, seconded by B. Gorris, and unanimously app rove d. (a) Signs : Building Commissioner Gimdy introduced the North Olmsted Boosters sign which is to be located at the intersection of Brookpark and Lorain for a six month period. This is a 16 ' x 8' exterior plywood sign and it will be on public property. It was observed that this is an oversized sign, and could present a traffic hazzard, however it is set 54T back from the intersection. J. Prokasy made a motion to refer the sign request by the North Olmsted Booster Club to committee pending a report from the Safety Director, and until a representative of the Sign Co, and North Olmsted Boosters are present, seconded by J. Roberts, and tmanimously approved. The following signs are referred from the Architectural Board of Review of May 21, 1979: ; The Uppercut - 24002 Lorain Rd. Approved and recommended to Planning Commission providing it meets all applicable laws of the City of North Olrosted. Approved as presented by the Architectural Board of Review. This is a non-conforming sign 10 x 8 feet to be erected on an existing pole. J. Prokasy moved to approve the Uppercut Sign as presented, seconded by B. Gorris. Roll call on motion, Messers. Prokasy, Gorris, Ohman and Ryan, aye. Mr Roberts, nay._ Motion passed. Speedy Muffler, 4565 Great Northern Blvd. Approved by the Architectural Board of Review and recommended to Planning Commission as presented, providing it meets all sign ordinances and are installed per site plan. W. Ohman moved to approve the sign as presented, seconded by D. Ryan, and unanimously app rove d. T+later Tower Pizza, 4862 Dover Center Rd. Approved by the Architectural Board of Review, and recomended to the Planning Commission provided the wood meet exterior preservatives and _ paint is exterior type on facia sign. Temporary sign approved as requested. D. Ryan moved to approve the signs as recom- mended by the Architectural Board of Review, seconded by J. Prokasy, and unanimously approved.
