Approved and recommended to the Planning Commission by the Architectural Review Board providing it meets all ordinances. B. Gorris moved to recom- mend the pole sign as submitted, seconded by J. Roberts, and imanimously approved. - Golden Gate Health Spa, 23627 Lorain Rd. Approved and recom-- mended to ' the Planning Comnission by the Architectural Review Board provided the window sign (open) is removed and the wood is treated for exterior use. The pole sign will be added to the "Open Pantry" standard, and is approved with the con- dition that the telephone number is removed. Councilwoman J. Sarringer advised the Commission that the management of Open Pantry did not give permission to erect the sign on their poleo Bob Bihn, a neighbor stated that he had contacted the district manager of Open.Pantry, Lotar Winzek, who advised that no permission was given to the Golden Gate Health Spa to use the Open Pantry Pole nor would any permission be given. Roberts, and unani- mo us ly ap p ro ve d. Poppin Fresh Pies, 24025 Lorain Rd. Approved by the Architect- ural Board of Review and recommended to Planning Commission on condition that sign #3 be sighted on the site regarding safety in egress by the Safety Director and Sign #6 is deleted. J. Prokasy moved to approve the Poppin Fresh Pie signs with the recommendations of the Architectural Review Board, seconded by W. Ohman, and imanimously approved. Beefeater Restaurant, 26679 Brookpark Ext. Approved by the Architectural Review Board. J. Roberts moved to approve the sign as presented, seconded by J. Prokasy, and imanimously app rove d. Superior Muffler, 4710 Great Northern Blvd. Approved by the Architectural Board of Review with the recommendation to Planning Commission on condition that the roll out temporary sign use be discontinued.
