Temporary sign approved by <br />the Architectural Board of Review for 120 days from date of <br />permit. W. Ohman moved to approve the teiuporary sign for <br />120 days, seconded by J. Prokasy and imanimously approved. <br />Court Club North Olmsted, 29150 Lorain Rd. Approved by the <br />Architectural Review Board. The sign wi11 not be lighted. <br />D. Ryan moved to approve as recommended by the Architectural <br />Review Board, seconded by B. Gorris, and unanimously approved. <br />Mencini's Pizza, 23657 Lorain Rd. Approved and recommended to <br />Planning Commission on the condition that the pole sign have <br />the street address in place of the telephone ninnber. Bill <br />Aftoora, Impact Sign Co.9 advised the Commission that his cus- <br />tomer had elected to omit both the telephone number and the <br />street address. J. Prokasy moved to app rove the Men cini°:s <br />Pizza Sign with the condition that the telephone number be <br />removed, b ut that the street address is not required, seconded <br />by B. Gorris, and unanimously approved. <br />Computerland, 4597 Great Northern Blvd. Approved by the <br />Architectural Review Board. B. Gorris moved to approve the <br />Computerland sign as presented, seconded by D. Roberts, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />(b) Anthony Dindia proposal heard first. <br />(c) Olmsted Plaza (Phase 4A), west side of Great Northern Blvd. <br />Architectural Review Board approved the site plan including <br />lighting, conditional that the eastern row of parking be <br />removed and be replaced with a 4' wide raised sidewalk to <br />separate the two lanes of parking leading into Fazio's <br />leaving a 20-24' opening, and the building design be changed <br />using the brick and facing on the Fazio building. They also <br />recommended that a signage system for the building be devel- <br />oped. Mr. Glazer, the developer of Olmsted Plaza explained the <br />plans. The plans were studied and discussed, the parking and <br />traffic flow in particular. J. Prokasy moved to approve <br />Olmsted Plaza (Phase 4A) as approved with the conditions of <br />the Architectural Review Board of May 21, 1979, seconded <br />by D. Ryan, and unanimously. approved. <br />(d) Olmsted Plaza (Phase 4B) Lorain Rd. West of Great Northern Blvd. <br />The Architectural Review Board of May 21, 1979 approved the site, <br />lighting and landscape plans on the condition that the parking <br />space in the drive area between the two building and the most <br />north westerly space adjacent to the ingress drive be reinoved, <br />also, that the owners develop a signage system for the building. <br />The plans and recommendations were studied and discussed, espec- <br />ially the traffic flow and the relocated driveway to the west of <br />the shopping center. J. Prokasy moved to approve Olmsted Plaza <br />(0) as recommended by the Architedtural Review Board meeting of <br />May 21, 1979, seconded by W. Ohman and unanimously approved.
