Special permission required by Ord. 62-33 Section 1231.02. Present: Nir. Hunter and one other, who were administered the oath. Plans were examined. Plan is to enclose patio. Request for 44 ft., rear yard variance for garag„ (dwelling is non-canforming - 92 ft. front setback).. Violation of Ord. 62-33 ;":ection 1163.01. Present: Ruby G. Draudt and others who were administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Plans k?ere examined. There are two other dtaellings nearby. Remainder of surrounding property is commercial and church property. Mr. Duskey moved to grant special permission for rear yard variance. Mr. Hamill seconded and motion passed. 4. Royd P. Urmann, 3314 T:"alter Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request for 6 in. height variance for fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151. 04 (H). Present: Mr. Urmann and neighbor from across the street. t,_itnesses were administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Upon examina- tion of plans and questioning of appellant it was found that 12 in. variance is needed. NLr. Hamill moved to grant 12 in. fence height variance terminating no closer than 10 ftv from sidewalk on Trdalter Rd. N1r, Duskey seconded and motion passed. 5. John F. Kuznik, 25175 Map1.e Ridge Rd. Request for variance (1133.13.)Re- quest for variance for distance.between house and garage for kitchen addi- tion. Violation of Ordo 62-33 Section 1151.04 (c) requiring 20 ft. Present: Mr. Kuznik who was administered the oath. Case was read and plans were examined. After a short discussion Mr. Duskey moved to grant 6 ft. variance between proposed addition and garage. Mr. Hamill seconded and motion passed. 6. Ronald G. Klemko, 3958 t?.lood Park Lane.. Request for variance (1133.13). Re- quest for 162 ft. rear yard variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163. Ol. Present: Mr. Klemko and others who were administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Enclosure of patio makes rear yard short. House already is approximately 6 ft. farther back than other adjoining properties. Neighbors from south side and north side have no ob- jections. NIr.
