Carl and Billy Hunter., 5883 Revere Dr. Request for variarice (1133•13)• Re- <br />quest for special permission to add to non-conforming dwelling M ft. front <br />setback). Special permission required by Ord. 62-33 Section 1231.02. <br />Present: Nir. Hunter and one other, who were administered the oath. Plans <br />were examined. Plan is to enclose patio. Mr. Duskey moved to <br />6rant special permission to add to non-conforming dwellingo NIr, <br />Hamill seconded and motion passed. <br />3. Ruby G. Draudt, 3666 Clague Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />for 44 ft., rear yard variance for garag„ (dwelling is non-canforming - <br />92 ft. front setback).. Violation of Ord. 62-33 ;":ection 1163.01. <br />Present: Ruby G. Draudt and others who were administered the oath. Case <br />and appeal were read. Plans k?ere examined. There are two other <br />dtaellings nearby. Remainder of surrounding property is commercial <br />and church property. Mr. Duskey moved to grant special permission <br />for rear yard variance. Mr. Hamill seconded and motion passed. <br />4. Royd P. Urmann, 3314 T:"alter Rd. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />for 6 in. height variance for fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151. <br />04 (H). <br />Present: Mr. Urmann and neighbor from across the street. t,_itnesses were <br />administered the oath. Case and appeal were read. Upon examina- <br />tion of plans and questioning of appellant it was found that 12 <br />in. variance is needed. NLr. Hamill moved to grant 12 in. fence <br />height variance terminating no closer than 10 ftv from sidewalk <br />on Trdalter Rd. N1r, Duskey seconded and motion passed. <br />5. John F. Kuznik, 25175 Map1.e Ridge Rd. Request for variance (1133.13.)Re- <br />quest for variance for distance.between house and garage for kitchen addi- <br />tion. Violation of Ordo 62-33 Section 1151.04 (c) requiring 20 ft. <br />Present: Mr. Kuznik who was administered the oath. Case was read and plans <br />were examined. After a short discussion Mr. Duskey moved to grant <br />6 ft. variance between proposed addition and garage. Mr. Hamill <br />seconded and motion passed. <br />6. Ronald G. Klemko, 3958 t?.lood Park Lane.. Request for variance (1133.13). Re- <br />quest for 162 ft. rear yard variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1163. <br />Ol. <br />Present: Mr. Klemko and others who were administered the oath. Case and <br />appeal were read. Enclosure of patio makes rear yard short. House <br />already is approximately 6 ft. farther back than other adjoining <br />properties. Neighbors from south side and north side have no ob- <br />jections. NIr. Hamill moved to grant 162 ft. rear yard variance <br />for patio enclosure. Mr. Duskey seconded and motion passed. <br />7. Louise Karkut,.4714 Georgette Avee Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />for 200 sg. ft.. variance in B zoned district. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section <br />1157s 0l.• <br />Present-: Louise Karkut who taas administered the oath. Case and appeal were <br />read. Plans were examined. Variance of more than 2000 sq. ft. is
