Hamill moved to deny the request. Mr. Duskey <br />seconded and motion passed. Request denied. <br />8. Dr. Andrew R. Bekeny, 2811 Gibson Dr., Rocky River, 0. U116. Request for <br />variances (1133.13)• Request to use dwelling at ?602'Ranchview Ave. for <br />dental (orthodontist) office, but not as a residence and to employ 2 as- <br />sistants. Violations of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.04 (A) and (B). <br />Present: I?r. Andrew Bekeny and one other who were administered the oath. <br />Case and appeal tiaere reado Property is not oianed by IJr. Bekeny. <br />Law Di.rector Gareau stated appellant should have some binding <br />interest; must have purchase agreement. It is unorthodox going <br />to residential for commercial use. Concensus of Board members <br />is against granting the request. It Vaas stated a mixed use district such as 'Uhis could <br />have more density than this plan indicates (there is now a limit <br />of 318 suites). NIr. Janik still strongly objects to the plan for <br />variance, stating law should be upheld regarding 50 ft. buffer. <br />In answer to question of school children going through private <br />property Mr. Stokes spoke of chain link fence included in plans. <br />Mr. Duskey moved to grant variance with id.entical conditions as <br />contained in motion of Nov. 13, 1974.
