Mr. Prokasy said so what is not showing on. the plan is the <br />building, Mrs. Saringer then asked what kind of driveway does Mro <br />Wa1do proposea irs. Saringer has had a lot of complaints about the <br />dust and dirt back there. Mr. Ifristoff, 3684 Clague Rd. spoke to <br />Commission: he lives on the east side of this property. Mr. ISris- <br />toff spoke at length of problems he has living surrounded by cam- <br />mercial properties, the dust, noise and pollution from trucks in <br />Waldo property in particular. He has resided at 3684 Clague Rd. 22 <br />years. Mr. Z,;aldo explained the object of this plan is to end Mr. <br />KristoffTS problems a nd his own. <br />Mr. Prokasy asked Mr. Gundy about specifics - regarding loading <br />dock, etc. - 12 x 25 - up to 5,000 square feet. Mra -Frokasy said <br />it Uaould appear if there is to be a single access driveway and un- <br />loading in the back of this bui].ding there shoul.d be sufficient <br />paved area for swinging those trucks around, Mr. Rafeld moved plan <br />be retained in committee until the plan is returned with sufficienLt <br />detail to show the drive and paved area. Mrs. Eian seconded the mo- <br />tion. Mr. Freeh said he -viould like to see Clague Rd. outlined; and <br />Mr. Ksistofffs property and the extent of where our commercial and <br />residential is located. Mr. Prokasy said questions have arisen and <br />the Commission wou'ld like to see a drawing to show relationship of <br />Mr. Waldofs property and Clague Rd.; location of zoning line; and lo- <br />cation of Mr. Kristoff's property; as well as a detailed plan of how <br />you are going to place that driveway - loading and unloading area. <br />Also there has been a request that the Engineering Department review <br />these plans. The da.scussion continued and <br />concerned itself at this time with landscaping, screening and fenc- <br />ing._ Mr. Frokasy said it is the option of Planning Commission to <br />make a request.
