Planning Commission 4-22-75 _ 4 - Mrs. Saringer said in other words they back out. Mr. Prokasy said so what is not showing on. the plan is the building, Mrs. Saringer then asked what kind of driveway does Mro Wa1do proposea irs. Saringer has had a lot of complaints about the dust and dirt back there. Mr. Ifristoff, 3684 Clague Rd. spoke to Commission: he lives on the east side of this property. Mr. ISris- toff spoke at length of problems he has living surrounded by cam- mercial properties, the dust, noise and pollution from trucks in Waldo property in particular. He has resided at 3684 Clague Rd. 22 years. Mr. Z,;aldo explained the object of this plan is to end Mr. KristoffTS problems a nd his own. Mr. Prokasy asked Mr. Gundy about specifics - regarding loading dock, etc. - 12 x 25 - up to 5,000 square feet. Mra -Frokasy said it Uaould appear if there is to be a single access driveway and un- loading in the back of this bui].ding there shoul.d be sufficient paved area for swinging those trucks around, Mr. Rafeld moved plan be retained in committee until the plan is returned with sufficienLt detail to show the drive and paved area. Mrs. Eian seconded the mo- tion. Mr. Freeh said he -viould like to see Clague Rd. outlined; and Mr. Ksistofffs property and the extent of where our commercial and residential is located. Mr. Prokasy said questions have arisen and the Commission wou'ld like to see a drawing to show relationship of Mr. Waldofs property and Clague Rd.; location of zoning line; and lo- cation of Mr. Kristoff's property; as well as a detailed plan of how you are going to place that driveway - loading and unloading area. Also there has been a request that the Engineering Department review these plans. Roll Call on the motion: Motion passed unanimously to pl.ace in committee,.
