West of the Counci7., stated that inasmuch as sign permit had not been applied <br />for, the sign could not be erected. <br />Alessrs. Marcus and rinesilver asked for a deferment of appeal9 requesting permission <br />-to bring Mobil Oil Company legal eounsel to the next meeting of the 3oard of Zoning <br />Appeals. <br />I,Zx. Richards oi 7nlest Park Drive, stated he objected to granting a variance for this <br />signo <br />7s Appellante Mro Andrew hovach' 24147 ZeBern Jrive, AIorth 0lmsted.. <br />Reauest for variance (1133.13) to build an attached brick garage, rear of which <br />would be 291 from rear lot line. On Oct. 13s 1°649 this appeal was heaxd and <br />granted if a minirnum ctistance of 5' be allowed between gaxage wall and side yard <br />1ine., After permi.t was issued adjacent lot was surveyed, showing distance be- <br />tween lot line and garage -to be only 221. Request is in violation of Zoning <br />Ordinance 62-33, Sec, 1161001, which requires side yard widths of 151, the min- <br />imum wi.dth9 ont- one side., not less than 51. <br />I?qr. Kovach was present. He said base had been started wYen error was found in the <br />measurement. Mx, Laniel, 24178 LeBern.' was present and said he had no objection; <br />he felt that the mistalfle made by lira Kovach was an honest error. <br />Xr.
