Mr.
Scheef aggred that Carlson's had a problem because the building 4ras not
parallel to Lorain Rd.
Mrs. Eian thought the proposed sign was not in-good taste and much too large.
Mr. Nelson made a motion to grant approval of a sign up to 160 square feet
subject to approval of a new sketch by the Board to be presented at the
next regular meeting on January 4th, 1967. Then
Mr. Mongello requested if he could include S/1 194 and 196 along with 210
and 211 actually requested. Mr. Greene looked at the subdivision plat and
said the Board of Education would have to be notified before they could act
on S/L 194 and 196.
Mr. Mongello then presented his drawings and informed the Board that this
development would upgrade the area; that they had purchased CEI light posts
and the houses would be rotated on the lots for good effect.
