March 22, 1966 - page 4 <br />IV NEW DEVELOPMENT AND SUBDIVISION <br />(a) Request was made that this be.placed on the next <br />regular meeting agenda. <br />(b) Request for zezoning a portion of an area to multi-family <br />use, in the property generally lenowp as Masticks Stables. <br />Proposal was made by Mr, Ke!i Yarus and Mr. Nick Roman, architect, <br />of the development of the 7.75 acres tnto Tudor type apartmentso <br />Mr. Esgar moved that this request for rezoning be referred to <br />Committee for study, seconded by Mr. LaPonza. Roll call on <br />' the motion; yeas, LaPonza, Prolcasy, Ford, Esgar and Fabek. <br />Committee to be made up of Messrs. LaPonza and Ford. <br />: (c) Mro Engoglia presented his proposal with plat maps, <br />; showing I-80 cutting through his prqperty. Mr. Esgar moved <br />the ifequest be placed in Committee for study, seconded by <br />Mr, LaPonza. Roll call on the motion; yeas, LaPonza, Prokasy, <br />, Ford, Esgar and Fabek. Fabek <br />and Esgare - <br />V COMMUNICATIONS: <br />From Clerk of Council relative to 30-day extension request. <br />Ohio Turnpike Cammission Repoxt for February. <br />VI COiMMITTEE REPORTS <br />(a) Mr. Fabek advised the Commission that there has only <br />been preliminary investigation made on the Sign Ordinance, <br />with the request that the Commission write a letter to the <br />Board of Zoning Appeals asking them exactly what areas are <br />therein which they have fotind difficulty and G3ould have the <br />Committee investigate, <br />(b) There i,s still a problem arranging with the C.E.I. <br />representative as to a date certain zor discussion on the <br />uncierground utility situationm <br />(c) Relative to the zoning changes, Law, Director Kitchen <br />advised that as of yet he has not ha.d an opportunity to <br />invtstigate the situation properly but will do soa <br />VII NEW BUSINESS: <br />Chairma.n Prokasy advised the commission as to his attendance
