BOAftD OF ZONING APPEALS -(10/6/71) - Page 2 <br />5. Appellant: Mrs. Richard Ziszka, 26840 Driscoll Lane - Request for 2' fence <br />variance (1133.13) to erect 6' fence around property. Request is in violation <br />of Ord. #62-33, Section 1151.04, fence not to exceed 4' in height. <br />~Present: Mr. & Mrs. Richard Liszka. <br />Mr. & Mrs. Richard Liszka were sworn in. Plans were presented. Mr. & Mrs. Liszka <br />stated that with so many children walking past their property9 there is a safety hazard <br />as they are planning on putting in an above the ground poo1. Mr. Scheef stated that <br />when the school came in and wanted to put up a fence, it was told that it should be 61. <br />Mr. Scheef moved that the request be granted; seconded by Mr. Berglund and unanimously <br />passed. <br />6. Appellant: Mr. Bruce Buller, 24827 Arlington Lane - Request for $' rear yard <br />variance (1133.13) to build an addition to existing dwelling. Request is in <br />violation of Ordinance #62-33, Section 1163.01, which requires a 501 reax yard. <br />Present: Mrse Buller. <br />Mrs. Buller was sworn in. A letter written by Mr. Buller was read. Mrs. Bu11er said <br />that she has talked to the neighbors and there is no objection, Mr. Scheef made a <br />motion that the request be granted. It was seconded by Mr. Berglund and unanimously passed. <br />7, Appellant: Mr. Michael Richardson, 28753 Tudor Dr. - Request for special permit <br />for tool shed in rear yard. Request made as per Ord. #62-33, Section 1133.09a <br />Present: Mre Richardson. <br />Mr. Richardson was sworn in. Plans were presented for the proposed tool shed. Mr. <br />Richardson stated that there is a fence around his whole property because of a huge <br />dog, therefore with the fence and the location of the shed, it would be inconspicuous <br />from the street. Mr. Scheef made a motion that the variance be granted to build the <br />tool shed by the house. It was seconded by Mr. Tubbs and unanimously passed. <br />8. Appellant: Mr. John E. Fuller, 28629 Ho11y Drive - Request for 10' rear yard <br />variance (1133.13) to build an addition to existing dwelling. Request is in <br />violation of Ord. #62-33, Section 1163.01, which requires a 50' rear yard. <br />Present: Mr. John E. Fuller. <br />Mr. Fu11er was sworn in. P1ans were presented and a discussion was he1d. Mr. Berglund <br />made_a motion to grant the variance. It was seconded by Mr. Tubbs and unani.mously passed. <br />9, Mr. Arthur G. Do1an, 4316 Brendan Lane - Request for 12 ft. variance (1133.13) <br />for fence. Request is in violation of Ord. #62-33, Section 1151.04, fence not <br />to exceed 4' in height. <br />Present: Mr. Do1an. <br />Mr. Do1an was sworn in. Mr. Do1an stated that the school children have damaged his <br />property. He has talked to Father Kenney and there is no objection to the fence. Mr. <br />Tubbs questioned whether children could be seen when Mr. Do1an backs out of his drive. <br />Mr. Do1an said that there would be no problem. He also stated that if he planted hedges, <br />it would be worse. Mr. Scheef made a motion that a request for a fence 4 feet high and <br />130 feet long be granted; seconded by Mr. Tubbs and unanimously passed.
