Appellant: Charles Yesberger, 24854 Doe Drive, requesting to build a fireplace <br />which would encroach in the total side line separation between <br />houses and would be less than 15 ft. Request is in violation of <br />Ordinance #62-33. Mr. Yesberger appeared before the Board and <br />said that the 20" chimney on the West side of the house proposed <br />causes a total sideline to be less than the required 15 ft. in <br />the area of the chimney on1y. All other distances would be in <br />conformity with the Ordinance. Plans were explained and examined <br />by the Boardm Mrs. Eian made a motion to grant a 24" variance, <br />seconded by Mr. Scheef, and unanimously approved. <br />5. Appellant: Peter Dmitruk, 5331 Evergreen Drive, requesting a special permit <br />to erect a tool shed in his rear yard, request made as per Ordinance <br />#62-33. Mrs. Dmitruk explained that she needed the tool shed for <br />the purpose of snow fence, snow blower, power mower, misc. garden <br />tools, garden hoses and patio furniture storage. Mrse Dmitruk <br />further explained the drawings and plans. The Board questioned <br />the lot size and the existance of trees and shrubs in the area. <br />In answer to the questions of the Board, Mrs. Dmitruk said that <br />she did have a garage and basement. Neighbors present and object- <br />ing to the building were Frank Schmidt, Frank Zolar and Mrs. Brown. <br />The objections were to any out buildings on property in the area <br />and in particular the red barn type of architecture that Mrs. <br />Dmitruk has proposed. A note was read from Mr. & Mrs. Nemes <br />objecting to this structure. After discussion the Board determined <br />that the property was open, the view unrestricted, and a motion to <br />deny the Special Permit was made by Mr. Tubbs and seconded by <br />Mro Scheef, 4 yes;. 1 no, Mrs. Eian voted no. Motion was approved. <br />6. Appellant: William Waltermire, 27984 Wisteria Drive, request for a Special <br />Permit to erect a tool shed in his rear yard. William Waltermire <br />appeared before the Board and said he needed the tool shed for the <br />storage of lawn mower, snow blower, garden and lawn toolsv Mr. <br />Waltermire further said there was a raw of poplar trees on his <br />property line which would restrict the view. The request was <br />described and shown to Nick Blasiva, Anton Hradek and B. Linden, <br />neighbors of the appellant. Mr. Blasiva and Mro Hradek did not <br />object to the Special permit. Mr. Linden representing his father <br />objected because of the adjacency and the view. Mr. Waltermire <br />agreed to shrub the building. Motion was made by Mrsv Eian to <br />grant a special permit for a 7' x 10' tool shed, to be screened <br />by evergreens on the North Side. Z'h.e motion died for the lack <br />of a second. <br />Further discussion on size was held, the motion was made by Mrs. <br />Eian to grant a special permit for a tool shed 6 ft. x 8 ft., <br />landscaped on the North side by evergreens. The vote was ca.lled, <br />3 ayes and 2 nos. Mr. Burgland and Mr. Tubbs voting no. The <br />Special permit was approved.
