Violation of Ord. 62-33 Sec- <br />tion 1163 which requires a 50 ft rear yard. <br />Present: Dan Totix°e, Anthor?y Jeleni.ch, I4r. and Mrs. Robert Demer],ing, Mrs, <br />Gyor and Mr. and Mrs. Cahill. Ziitnesses were administered the oath. Mr. To- <br />tire submi.tted a petition showirg consent of some neighbors. Mr. Jelenich <br />stated the fence is over the lot line. Mr. Jelenich has a 20 ft. variance. <br />The homes are 30 ft. apart. Mr. Totire wants on1.y roof; no enclosure. N'ir. <br />Roberts suggested shrubbery along Mro Jelenich's side of the patio. Nir. Ber- <br />glund moved that 14 ft. variance be granted. Mr. Roberts seconded and the <br />motion passed. <br />4. Appellant: Jerry W. McCullar, 4590 ailverdale Rd. Request for <br />variance (1133.13 for addition to non-conforming dwelling in <br />violation of Ord. 62-33 section 1231.02. <br />Present: Mr. and Mrs. McCullar. <br />Witnesses were administered the oath. Request is to add 5 ft. addition to front <br />o#' house, removing front porch. House will the n be 46 ft. from property line. <br />Mr. McCullar has talked with his neighbox°s and they do not object. Mrs. Eian <br />moved to grant special permit for addition to non-confor ming dwelling per sketch. <br />Mre Roberts seconded and the motion passed. <br />5. Appellantr Ed ar Van Tilburg, 23405 Stoneybrook Dr. Request for <br />variance (1133.13 for 10 fto rear yard variance to enable him to <br />roof patio. Qiolation of Ord. 62-33 Section IL163'90I which requires <br />a 50 ft. rear yard. <br />Present: Mr. Robert Sayers, representing Fairview Home Improvement and Albert <br />Germ. <br />14itnesses were administered the oath. Mr. Germ does not think the Tilburg dwell- <br />ing is 50 ft. from the back property line. Mr. Sayers and Mr. Germ temporarily <br />left the meeting to go and measure same. When they came back some time later it <br />was found that there could indeed be some question. The case will be continued <br />pending presentation of certified survey showing exact location of house on lot. <br />69 Appellant: Michael James Hene 9 4070 Fielding Dr. Reque st for <br />variance (1133,13 for a special permit to ere ct tool shed in vio- <br />lation of Ord. 62 -33 Section 1133•09. <br />Present: Ms. Heney <br />Witness was administered the oath. The neighbor has tool shed. Both lots are <br />taooded. Miniature barn type shed is planned. Mrs. Eian moved to grant special <br />permit to erect tool shed screened with shrubsa Mr. Roberts seconded a nd the <br />motion passed. <br />7. Appellants Peter Wransky, 3525 Clague Rd.
