Mrs. Eian se- <br />conded the motion. Motion passed. 8. Appellants Roy K. Sidorak, 26500 Sweetbriar Dr. Request for <br />variance (1133•13) of 2 fto to erect fence. Violation of Ord. <br />62-33 Section 1151.04 limiting height of fence to 4 ft. <br />Presents Mr. and Mrs. Sidorak' Mxso Turza, Mr. and Mrs. Ciccatelli, Jim Con- <br />nors and Joseph Olen. <br />Witnesses were administered the oath. Mr. Scheef read letter explaining <br />problem. Mr. Olen is tailling to go along with 5 ft fence on both sides of <br />property line, suggesting totally enclosing his neighbors' property. There <br />is L ft back fence. The Board feels the proposed 6 ft. fence on only one <br />side is not solution to neighbors' problems. Mrs. Eian moved to continue <br />this case until the next regular meetinge Mo-tion seconded by Nfr. Roberts <br />and passed. <br />9. Ruth Eleanor Noyes, 28565 Alden Dr. Reque st for variance <br />(1133.13). Request for 12 ft. rear yard variance in order to <br />roof patioo Violation of Ordo 62m33 Section 1163 which requires <br />a 50 ft. rear yard. <br />Present: Ruth Eleanor Noyes and Charles Noyes. <br />1•Jitnesses -were administered the oath. Proposed patzo is 12 ft. x 20 ft, cover- <br />ed but not enclosed. The home is ranch type. nTeighbors do not objecto Nir. <br />Berglund moved to grant variance, seconded by Mrs. Eian and passed. <br />10o Appellanto Joseph L. Coticchia' 4340 Brendan Lanee Request for <br />vari.ance (1133.13 o Requests fto side line variance in viola- <br />tion of Ord, 62-33 Section 1159.02 and 8 ft. 6 in. front setback <br />variance in violation or Orda 62-33 Section 1159.01m <br />Fresent: Mro Coticchia. <br />Witness was a.dministered the oath. He wants to build home on co rner lot. <br />nTeighbors have variancese AIl corner lots have had to have variances 'oe- <br />cause of the school. N.[rs.
