Ms. Bellido moved, seconded by Ms Rudolph, to grant Kim & Veronica Rosswurm of
28856 Hampton Di•. a special permit to add to a non-conforming building Chapter 1165.02,
which passed 4-0.
Members discussed the lot's odd shape and placement of both the home and second garage. The
abutting lot is heavily wooded and the garage would provide a bit of privacy along Lansing
Drive. The proposed placement of the garage seemed to be the only area on the lot which could
accommodate the garage. Ms. Bellido said placing the garage to code would put the garage in
the middle of the baclcyard and the attached garage is a single car. Ms. Diver felt the size of the
garage was excessive for the size of the lot. Most members preferred a second garage over
vehicles and other items being stored outdoors as the corner lot is very visible.
Ms. Bellido moved, seconded by Mr. Lopez, to grant Kim & Veronica Rosswurm of 28856
Hampton Dr the following variances:
1.
