Mr. Mate said the existing fence has been in place <br />since he and his wife purchased their home 30 years ago. The chainlink fence is in very poor <br />condition and needs to be replaced. They would like to replace the existing fence with a new <br />chainlink fence which will be 42 inches high as is the existing fence. It will only be a 50 foot <br />section of fence along the north property line which requires a variance. Board members had no <br />objections to the applicants request due to the difficulty of the home being a corner lot. <br />Ms. Rudolph moved, seconded by Ms. Bellido, to grant 15-4288: Robert Mate of 42132 Elm <br />Road the following variances: <br />1.
