The following individuals came forward to be sworn in and address the request owners, Mr. & <br />Mrs. Schuster. <br />Applicant's presentation: <br />Mr. Schuster indicated that he and his wife were avid gardeners and they would like to put <br />their gardening tools, supplies and other topiaries inside the shed. The overhang is calculated <br />as part of the overall size of the shed : Mr. Kremzar advised the applicants that the <br />engineering department would require downspouts. Mrs. Schuster said they would follow <br />engineering requirements but they would like to be allowed to catch the water in a rain-barrel. <br />Mr. Rymarczyk asked that it be stated in the motion that the overhang could never be <br />enclosed. <br />W. Kremzar moved to grant Mr. & Mrs. Schuster of 4548 Ranchview their request for <br />variance (1123.12), which consists of a new shed and that the following variance is <br />granted as amended: <br />1. A 112 square foot variance for a shed larger than code allows, (code permits 144 sq. <br />ft., applicant shows 256 sq. ft.), which is in violation of 90-125, Section (1135.02 (D)). <br />The shed must include downspouts which are to be tied into the underground storm <br />sewer and the over hang could never be enclosed. M. Diver seconded the motion, roll <br />call on the motion; W. Kremzar "no", and J. Maloney, M. Diver and T. Kelly "yes". <br />Variance Granted <br />3. Charter One Bank; 26662 Brookpark Road Ext. (WRD 1) <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of removing existing sign (38.2 sq') <br />and installing a new sign in a new location (28.5 sq'). :. , <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A 372.8 square foot variance for total square footage of wall sings on a building, (code <br />permits 353', applicant shows 725.8 sq'). <br />Note: Existing Charter One wall sign (38.2. sq') previously approved by the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals on 10/2/03. Square footage includes existing signs as follows: <br />Tops 429.3 ` <br />Pac Mail 18.75 ' (New) Charter One 28.5 Famous Hair 15.8 <br />Block Buster 177.36 <br />Sky Bank 56.09 <br />TOTAL 725.8 <br />Which is in violation of 90-125, Section (1136:24 (B)). <br />The following individuals came forward to be sworn in and address the request Ms. Loeser <br />with Mc Queen Advertising, <br />Applicant's presentation: <br />Ms. Loeser indicated that the owners removed the letter set and would like to replace the <br />lettering with a smaller letter set. She submitted a letter from the owner authorizing the <br />request. Mr. O'Malley believed consideratio;n should be made due to the circumstances of the <br />plaza. <br />W.
