Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.06 (A)).
Ms. Snelly the owner came forward to be swom in and address the request. The existing kitchen
is very smatl and they need to eniarge the kitchen so they can eat in the kitchen. The addition
would only be 10' x 15' so a table would fit Mrs. Sergi asked if the addition would extend past
the garage. Ms. Snelly indicated that the addition would not extend as far as the gara.ge.
N. Sergi moved to approve - Dolores Snelly of 4713 Grace Ave her request for variance
(1123.12), which consists of a house addition and that the following variance is granted:
1. A 5 foot variance for a residence located within required front yard setback, (code requires
50', applicant shows 45'). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.06 (A)). M. Dtver
seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. Variance Granted.
5. Ravmond Fiorilli; 6236 Stearns Road: (WRD 3):
Request for varianee (1123.12). Proposal consists of a gazage.
The following variances are requested:
1. A 213 square foot variance for a detached garage larger than code permits, (code permits 750
sq ft, applicant shows 963 sq ft), section (1135.02 (Cl)).
2. A 4 foot variance for a private garage to close to side lot line, (code permits 5 ft, applicant
shows 1'), section (1135.02 (C2)).
3. A 3 foot variance for an accessory structure higher that code pernuts, (code permits 15 ft,
applicant shows 18 ft), section (1135.02 (CI)).
Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1135.02 (C1)) and (1135.02 (C2)).
Mr. Fiorilli and (Son) Mr. Firilli the owner each came forward to be swom in and address the
request. They would tike to build a garage at the same angle of the existing home and they need
to put their work trucks in the garage. The height of the garage is for storage and the lot is
narrow, but very long and can handle the size of the garage. Mrs. Sergi asked why the gazage
was not placed behind the house. Mr. Firilli indicated that a garage behind the house would
biock the view of the backyard. Mrs. Sergi requested the side yard variance be eliminated. Mr.
Rymazczyk indicated that the applicant can build a garage to code. He suggested the applicants
aze building a storage unit in a residential area. Mr. Firilli felt that he has the size of yazd that
can handle the garage. Mr. Rymarczyk suggested the applicants could build a garage to code and
ad a sbed for storage. Applicants believe that fihe size of yard can handle tbe size of garage they
are requesting. The boazd indicated that the request was excessive and did not believe that the
size of the garage should be over 800 square feet total.
J. Maloney moved to approve Raymond Fiorilli of 6236 Steanns Road his request far variance
(1123.12), which consists of a garage and that the following variances are granted as amended:
1. A 3 foot variance for an accessory structure lugher that code permits, (code permits 15 ft,
applicant shows 18 ft), section (1135.02 (CI)).
Which is iII violation of Ord. 90.125 section (1135.02 (Cl)). The garage is to have downspouts
and drained in accordance to the engineering department requirements. W. Kremzar seconded
the motion, which was unanimously approved.
