Ms. Mumay said <br />the shed is a little larger than code but they have a lot of tools, toys and yazd equipment to store. <br />Mr. O'Malley advised that costs, financial hardslup, style nor use is a consideration for a <br />variance. Mr. Rymazczyk indicated that if the porch was removed the shed wouid be 144 square <br />feet and reduce the variance. However, the size of the shed is excessive for the lot. <br />W. Kremzar moved to approve Michael Murray of 26817 Sudbury Drive his request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of storage shed and thaf f,he following variance is granted: 1. A 99 <br />square foot variance for a storage shed lazger than rear yard area permits, (code permits 109 sq ft <br />maximum, applicant shows 208 sq ft). 2. An 8 square foot variance for storage shed lazger than <br />code allows, (code permits 200 sq ft maximum, applicant shows 208 sq ft). Which is in violation <br />of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (D1)). J. lVfaloney seconded the motion, which was <br />unanimously denied. Variance Denied. <br />7. Court Turniture; 4698 Great Northern BIvd: (WRD 4) <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Proposal consists of erecting a tent for a temporary sale from <br />June 9h, 10",11 ", & 12h, 2005 and August 18Ih , 19, 2&, & 21sl , 2005. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />, I. A variance for 20 car parking space reduction per site plan. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1161.05 (w)). <br />Mr. Cristino, the Store Manager came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mr. <br />Cristino indicated fhat each year they have a tent.sale which is only open during the day. Mr. <br />Rymazczyk indicated that currently the applicants would not need a variance as there is a vacant <br />building, but there is a possibility that a tenant may go in by August, which would requi=e a <br />variance. <br />N.
