Which is in vnolation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1135.02 (F2)) and (1135.02 (FI)). J. Maloney <br />seconded the motion which was unanianously approved. <br />3. Richard Iiover; 4445 Lansing Drive: (WRD 1) <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a new shed. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A 136 square foot variance for a shed larger than code pernuts, (code permits 200 sq ft, <br />applicant shows 336 sq ft). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (D1)). <br />Note: Existing shed damaged by tree to be removed when new shed is built. <br />Mr. Hoyer the owner caane forward to be sworn in and address his request. Mr. Hoyer indicated <br />that he needed to replaca his shed which is currently a sma11 shed and he would like to place a 14' <br />x 24' shed in its place. Mrs. Sergi reviewed that the doors would face north to the woods. Mr. <br />Rymarczyk indicated that the square footage was excessive although the lot is very large. Mr. <br />Hoyer indicated that to get to his yard tools he has to empty the current shed out to get them out, <br />The shed would not be seen by any neighbors and would be 35 feet form any other property. <br />J. Maloney maved to grant Richard Hoyer of 4445 Lansing I)rive his request for variance <br />(1123.12), whicln consists of a new shed and that the following variance is granted: <br />1. A 136 square foot variance for a shed Iarger than code permits, (code permits 200 sq ft, <br />applicant s}aows 336 sq ft). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (Dl)). N. <br />Sergi seconded the ffiotion which was unanimously approved. <br />4. Wnlliam Scherer; 3169 Clague IZoad: (WRD 2) <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a residence with no garage. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A variance for a residence without a garage for at least 1 velucle, (code requires a garage, <br />applicant shows none). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section; (1161.05 (Al)). <br />Note: A variance was approved 12/2/04 to grant an extension for not having a garage until August <br />1, 2005. <br />Mr. Scherer the owner came forward to be sworn in and address his request. Mr. Scherer indicated <br />that due to an illness he was forced to live on his savings which was intended to be used to build <br />the shed and needs additional time to build his gara.ge. Mrs. Diver indicated that the porch steps <br />should be addressed or secured as well. Mr. Scherer indicated that he thought that next July or <br />August would be an ample amount of time. Mr. O'Malley advised that a financial base is not a <br />substantial reason to not follow the code. <br />W. Kremzar anoveci to grant William Scherer of 3169 Clague Road his pequest for variance <br />.(1123.12), whach eonsists of a residence with no garage and the following variance, is <br />granted: 1. A variance for a residence without a garage for at least 1 vehicle, until August 1, <br />2006, (code requires a garage, applicant shoevs none). Which as in violation of Ord. 90-125 <br />section; (1161.05 (Al)). T. Kelly seconded the mo4ion which vwas unaniffiously approved. <br />Variance Granted. <br />5. Rick 5crivens; 5560 Columlbia Road: (WRD 4) <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a new storage building. <br />The following varianees are requested: <br />6of10
