Boys Ltd of 28597 Lorain Road their request for variance <br />(1123.12) which consists of signage and that the following variances are granted: <br />1. A 10 inch variance for height of wall sign, (code permits 4'-0", applicant shows 4'-10"). <br />2. A 1.43 square foot variance for a wall sign larger than code permits, (code permits 100 sq ft, <br />applicant shows 101.43 sq ft). <br />Which is in violation of 90-125, Section (1163.27 (C)). W. Kelly moved to grant Joe Mowchan of 5790 Park Ridge Drive his request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of a residential addition and that the following variance is granted: An <br />8 foot 8 inch variance for front yard setback requirements, (code requires 50', applicant shows <br />41' 4"). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section; (1135.06 (A)). M. Diver seconded the <br />motion, which was unanimously approved. "Variance Granted" 8/4/05 <br />Brandon & Cassie Lundgard; 5574 Rever Drive: (WRD 3) <br />N. Sergi moved to grant Brandon & Cassie Lundgard of 5574 Revere Drive their request for <br />variance (1123.12), which consists of a new privacy fence and that the following variances are <br />granted: <br />1. A 44 foot variance for a 6-foot privacy fence within neighbor's setback on a corner lot, (code <br />requires 50', applicant shows 6'), section (1135.02 (172)). <br />2. A 42 inch variance for a fence higher than code allows on a corner lot, (code permits 30", <br />applicant shows 72"), section (1135.02 (171)). <br />3. A variance for a fence less than 50% open on a corner lot, (code requires 50% open, applicant <br />shows 0% open), section (113 5.02 (F 1)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections; (1135.02 (F2)) and (1135.02 (F1)). A 3 <br />foot variance for a detached garage too close to a residence, (code requires 15', applicant shows <br />12'). Note: Any section of the detached garage that is to close to the structure must have fire <br />rated drywall on the interior 15 feet away. Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section; (1135.02 <br />(C1)). M. Diver seconded the motion which was unanimously approved.
