Kremzar moved to grant Emerald Village (Catholic Charities (Carolyn)) of 30374 Lorain <br />Road their request for variance (1123.12), which consists of an extension of their temporary sign <br />permit and that the following variance is granted: <br />1. A variance for an additional temporary sign permit, for an additional 12 months, (code permits <br />30 days, applicant shows long term). The 1 year time frame is to start at the expiration of the <br />temporary sign permit which was issued. Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section; (1163.33 <br />(G)). N. Sergi seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. 8/4/05 <br />Woodscape Condominiums (Rich Denman); 22968 Maple Ridge Road: (WRD 2) <br />N. Sergi moved to table Woodscape Condominiums (Rich Denman) of 22968 Maple Ridge Road <br />until September l, 2005 as requested. M. Diver seconded the motion which was unanimously <br />approved. Kremzar moved to grant Dairy Queen of 24579 Lorain Road their request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of signage and that the following variances are granted as amended: <br />1. A variance for 1 additional wall sign, (code permits 1, applicant snows 2), section (1163.27 <br />(A))• <br />2. O. Town Center <br />(Parcel E) of 24642 - 25 1 74 Brookpark Road) which were tabled on 7/7/05 & 8/4/05 have been <br />submitted for approval. 9/1/05 <br />Woodscane Condominium (Rich Denman); 22968 Maple Ridge Road: (WRD 2) <br />Moved to grant Woodscape Condominium (Rich Denman) of 22968 Maple Ridge Road their <br />request for variance (1123.12), which consists of replacing a ground sign and that the following <br />variances are granted as amended: <br />1. A variance for a ground sign located on a residential district, (code does not permit, applicant <br />shows 1), section (1163.26 (A)). <br />2. A variance for a billboard sign, (code does not permit, applicant shows 1), section (1163.29). <br />Contingent upon the new billboard sign is not to be over 5-feet high. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section; (1163.26 (A)) and (1163.29). <br />N. Sergi moved to grant Target/Sign Lite of 24646 Brookpark Road their request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of wall signs and that the following variance is granted as amended: <br />1).
