Sergi moved to grant Charles Demooy of 6531 Brighton Drive his request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of erecting a fence and that the following variance is granted: 1. A <br />variance for fence located 15' within side setback on a corner lot, (code does not permit, applicant <br />shows a fence). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (135.02 (F2)). T. Kelly seconded <br />the motion, which was unanimously approved. Variance Granted. 515105 <br />Joseph & Vickie Mate; 23281 Marion Road: (WRD 2) <br />W. Kremzar moved to table Joseph & Vickie Mate of 23281 Marion Road. M. Diver seconded <br />the motion, which was unanimously approved. Variances Tabled. 5/5/05 <br />Brvan & Janice Trench; 24357 Woodmere Drive: (WR.D 2) <br />W. Kremzar moved to approve Bryan & Janice Tench of 24357 Woodmere Drive their request <br />for variance (1123.12), which consists of a pool and that the following variance is granted: 1. A <br />161 square foot variance for swimming pool in rear yard, (code permits 728 sq ft, applicant shows <br />889 sq ft(garage, deck & pool). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (d2)). J. <br />Maloney seconded the motion, which was unanimously denied. A 5 foot variance for a residence located within required front yard setback, (code requires <br />50', applicant shows 45'). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.06 (A)). M. Diver <br />seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. Variance Granted 5/5/05 <br />Ravmond Fiorilli; 6236 Stearns Road: (WRD 3): <br />J. Maloney moved to approve Raymond Fiorilli of 6236 Stearns Road his request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of a garage and that the following variances are granted as amended: <br />1. A 50 square foot variance for a detached garage larger than code permits, (code permits 750 <br />sq ft, applicant shows 800 sq ft), section (1135.02 (C1)). <br />2. A 3 foot variance for an accessory structure higher that code permits, (code permits 15 ft, <br />applicant shows 18 ft), section (113 5.02 (C 1)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (Cl)). The garage is to have downspouts <br />and drained in accordance to the engineering department requirements. W. Kremzar seconded <br />the motion, which was unanimously approved. Variance Granted as Amended. 5/5/05 <br />Michael Murray• 26817 Sudbury Drive: (WRD 1) <br />W. Kremzar moved to approve Michael Murray of 26817 Sudbury Drive his request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of storage shed and that the following variance is granted: 1. A 99 <br />square foot variance for a storage shed larger than rear yard area permits, (code permits 109 sq ft <br />maximum, applicant shows 208 sq ft). 2. An 8 square foot variance for storage shed larger than <br />code allows, (code permits 200 sq ft maximum, applicant shows 208 sq ft). Which is in violation <br />of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (D1)). J. Maloney seconded the motion, which was unanimously <br />denied. Variance Denied. 5/5/05 <br />Court Furniture; 4698 Great Northern Blvd: (WRD 4) <br />N. Sergi moved to grant Court Furniture of 4698 Great Northern Blvd their request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of erecting a tent for a temporary sale from June 9"', 10`h, 11'n, & 12cn, <br />2005 and August 18th, 19tn, 20`h, & 21 St, 2005 and that the following variance is granted: 1.
