<br />3. A variance for a fence located within required side setback on a corner lot, (code does not
<br />permit, applicant shows a fence), section (1135.02 (F2)).

<br />Which is in violation of 90-125, Sections (1135.06 (A)), (1135.04 (A)), (1135.05 (A 3)) and
<br />(1135.05 (A 1)). Note: The upper floor is to be an attic only and may not be used as livable area.
