Mr. O'Malley clarified that no recommendations made by individual Commissioners or the <br />Commission as a whole guarantee that a variances would be granted. This is at the BZA's discretion. <br />Variance of 12 square feet for maximum area of a ground sign. Mr. Rymarczyk said a ground sign <br />that is 8' high could be 62 square ft, a 12' high could only be 50 square ft, and that this sign is 12 feet <br />high. The Commission said the applicant must conform to code. <br />Variance for maximum sign face exceeding allowed. Mr. Rymarczyk said he would need revised <br />drawings to recalculate this possible variance. If the applicant complies with the other <br />recommendations, then they should not be exceeding the required footage. <br />Mr. Lasko said the Commission's recommendations on variances were contirigent upon the applicant <br />making the agreed upon changes. <br />R. Provide an updated landseaping plan showing the results of the tree up front <br />4.
