NEW BUSINESS: <br />Lot Snilt and Consolidation Plat for 4062-4116 Columbia Road (Coiumbia Road Bantisf <br />Church (WRD 2) <br />The proposal is to spiit Permanent Parcel Number 231-34-002 (approximateiy 32.66 acres into <br />two parcels). The split parcel fronting Columbia Road will be 0.8322 acres, and fhe remainder <br />parcel will be 2.8097 acres. The remainder parcel will be consolidated with Permanent Parcei <br />Number 231-34-003. The consolidated parcel will be 7.0209 acres. The location is on the west <br />side of Coiumbia Road and approximateiy 100 feet soutla of FIorence Avenue. Zoning is B. <br />Residence, Single. The existing parceis conform to the area, widffi and depth requirements of the <br />Zoning Code. The proposed parceLs will conform to area, width and depth reqtiirements of the <br />Zoning Code. <br />Pastor Alan Jenkins came forward. <br />Ms. Wenger reported that the proposal will result in the creation of two pazcels which conform to <br />a11 the requirements of the Zoning Code and has na objection to the lot split and consolidation. <br />Building and Engineering Department had no comments. <br />Pastor Jenkins said they are landlocked now and their desire is to obtain more property for future <br />growth. C?urently, they cannot extend farther in the east direction and the back of the <br />development occurs. A survey drawing was shown to fhe Commission. <br />Mr, Edwazd Zeits, a Root Road resident came forwazd and asked if the additional property is on <br />Columbia or Root Roads. Pastor Jenkins answered and said they are taking the back portion <br />only. A residential party will be purchasing the front portion. <br />J. Lasko moved to approve the lot split and consolidation plat for 40624116 CoIumbia <br />Road. The proposal is to split Permanent Parcel 231-34-002 into two parcels. The split <br />parcel fronting CoIumbis Ro$d vrill 6e 0.8322 acres, ancl the remaining parcel will be <br />2.8097 acres.
