improvements with the following conditions: 1). 2 dormers added to south side of roof <br />with a fake window added underneath each dormer. 2). One window is to be removed <br />along the west elevation and remaining windows to be repositioned to provide symmetry <br />to the west elevation. 3). Roof height is acceptable and charcoal black asphalt shingles <br />will be used. 4). South mechanical porch will have a 4-foot white solid aluminum fence. <br />5). New plans are to show correct width and radius of all three driveways in accordance <br />to engineering departments requirements. 6). Once parking lot is completed a right <br />turn only arrow will be painted in the east driveway. 7). All sidewalks along <br />Whitethorn will be replaced and have barrier curbs. 9). New landscape plan to match <br />Mr. Malone's recommendations above are to be submitted. 10). The two parking spaces <br />added in the loading dock area are to be removed and the sidewalk continued and <br />'rounded to the rear corner of the building. Landscaping along the east elevation is to <br />also be extended to the south east corner of the building as discussed. 11). Proposed <br />fencing is to end 8-feet from the Lorain Road sidewalks. 12). Directional sign is not <br />needed however if the need later arises for a directional sign the applicant are welcome <br />to seek a variance to install said sign. R. Bohlmann seconded the motion which was <br />unanimously approved. <br />V. N`EW BUSINESS: <br />VI. COIVIMUNICATIONS: R. Bohlmann moved to excuse the absence of M. Yager. M. Meredith seconded.the ` <br />motion, which was unanimously approved. <br />VII.
