The existing trees are to be preserved along the south and eaast property lines. i.andscaping is <br />proposed around the building and around the ground sign. If handicapped parking is to remain in <br />the front yard, additional screening should be added around the spaces as they are rarely used. <br />Currently there are iwo access poants onto the site, the inain entaa.nce on Lorain and second on <br />Coe. Both are needed for safe site circula9ian and both drives are located as faz away from the <br />nearby intersection as possible. As vehic2es would rarely use Coe driveway, she suggested tlie <br />applicants explore ehangirig the ingress/egress along Coe to exit only and on site traffic one-way <br />to improve traffic flow on the already cratmped sites. <br />The pians show five light poles and a number of decorative (scance) wa11 tights. 'Y'he light pole <br />fixtures appear to be shoebox type, but don't specify if full cut-off. Plans indicate shields will be <br />installed to prevent light spilflage. I-iowever, one light pole is too close to residential property <br />and there is liglst spilling over the west property fline. <br />The existing non conforming pole sign will be remQeed and replaced with one identification sign <br />and a anenu boazd, which is required for normal drive-thru operations.
